Genius Loci is an international interior architecture and design firm in Singapore. With its vast experience, the design consultancy firm has executed many high profile projects the world. Alex Bayusaputro as one of the founders of the company has been selected to assist the interior design of this development. He has also won several SKALA+ awards for interior design. Some of his projects include Windsor Apartment, St Moritz Apartment, Grand Indonesia, Marvel City Surabaya, Courts Suntec City Singapore, Audi Showrooms across the world, Art Seasons Gallery Singapore & Jakarta, and many others.

Reynolds Partnership QS Consultancy, owned by I.D. Reynolds who is a member of FRICS - a prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, has been selected to handle this project to provide accurate project administration and high quality management (project co-ordination and project management services). The company has been trusted to handle projects such as Grand Hyatt Jakarta, Conrad Bali, Nikko Hotel Nusa Dua Bali, Ritz Carlton Hotel Bali and many others.

PT Gistama Intisemesta, a structural engineering consulting firm, has designed many high rise buildings in Indonesia. Sugeng Wijanto, the principal of this company, obtained his Master of Engineering degree from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. The Company has received many awards including a commendation awarded by the Institute of Structural Engineers, United Kingdom, for remarkable achievement in its structural design. Its projects include Central Park, Kota Kasablanka, Tangerang City, Spring Hill Royale Apartment and many others.

PT Skemanusa Consultama Teknik provides comprehensive M&E engineering services. As the largest MEP consultant in Indonesia, it was the first to achieve ISO 9001 Management Quality System accreditation.
